Spanish kriel salad
A tasty Spanish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (pound of lobe, a 500 g), chorizo (sausage 250 g), red wine vinegar, ketchup, orange (squeezed), corn ((300 g), drained), paprika mix ((3 pieces) ) and in strips).

Halve the potatoes and cook them in plenty of water with salt in 15 minutes until done. Allow to cool slightly.

In the meantime, remove the skin from the chorizo and cut the sausage into cubes. Fry the chorizo in a frying pan without oil or butter on low heat in 6 min. Brown. Allow to cool and store the oil.

Mix the chorizo oil with the vinegar, ketchup and orange juice. Mix the corn, paprika and chorizo through the potatoes. Stir the sweet and sour dressing carefully through the salad.
