Cook the spelled according to the instructions on the package. Drain and put into a bowl.

In the meantime, cut the aubergine into small cubes and chop the onion.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry eggplant and onion on high heat 8 min.

Add the tomato paste, za'atar and the salt and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Mix through the spelled.
