Spicy chicken with fragrant rice and ginger syrup
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, basmati rice (1 minute (a 150 g)), red pepper, oil, garlic (chopped), chicken breast (diced), ginger syrup, wok vegetables (a 400 g, eg Italian)), coriander ((a 15 g) and leaves finely chopped).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Roll the pepper between your hands so that the seeds fall out. Cut the pepper into thin rings. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a stir frying pan and garlic on high heat, shaking for a while. Add the chicken and brown all around. Season with the ginger syrup and salt.

Remove the chicken from the pan. Heat the rest of the oil in the pan and fry the wok vegetables for 5 minutes until cooked. Stir fry the chicken for 1 min. Sprinkle with the coriander and serve with the rice.
