Directions

  1. Boil the sprouts for 8 minutes. Drain them, rinse cold water and drain.
  2. Roast the pine nuts in a dry hot frying pan golden brown and set aside.
  3. Heat the butter or liquid baking product and stir fry the red pepper with the sprouts for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Spoon the pine nuts for serving.
