Boil the sprouts for 8 minutes. Drain them, rinse cold water and drain.

Roast the pine nuts in a dry hot frying pan golden brown and set aside.

Heat the butter or liquid baking product and stir fry the red pepper with the sprouts for 2-3 minutes.

Spoon the pine nuts for serving.
