Sprinkle the chicken around with the chicken herbs, rosemary and salt. Heat the oil on medium high and fry the chicken around. Remove the chicken from the pan and stir up the cakes.

Add the onion and fry for 5 minutes at a low setting. Add the pepper, garlic and sweet potato and stir fry for a few minutes at medium height.

Put the pieces of chicken back in the pan and sprinkle with the chili pepper. Pour in the stock and roast covered in about 30 minutes until done.

Add the chickpeas in the last 5 minutes of the stew time. Tasty with rice.
