Spicy tiger prawns with garlic

In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, 2 tbsp oil, the red pepper and salt to taste. Spoon the shrimp through and marinate for at least 15 min. Put the garlic and coriander in separate dishes. Keep the shrimps and spices covered in the refrigerator until use.
