                                Wash the apple and remove the core. Cut the apple into pieces. Sprinkle 1-2 tablespoons orange juice to avoid discoloration.

                                Beat a dressing of the remaining orange juice with tahini, thyme and some freshly ground black pepper.
 - 
                                Halve the strawberries. Cut the coarse stalks of the spinach leaves and put the leaves in a bowl. Scoop the strawberries through and divide the tahindressing over it.
