Directions

  1. Wash the apple and remove the core. Cut the apple into pieces. Sprinkle 1-2 tablespoons orange juice to avoid discoloration.
  2. Beat a dressing of the remaining orange juice with tahini, thyme and some freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Halve the strawberries. Cut the coarse stalks of the spinach leaves and put the leaves in a bowl. Scoop the strawberries through and divide the tahindressing over it.
