Fricandeau with tuna salad and lemon mayonnaise
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, tuna steak (diced), black olives without pip (in rings), sundried tomatoes (finely chopped), capers, lemon (pressed), olive oil, mayonnaise, sharp mustard, fresh parsley (finely chopped) and fried fricandeau (meat products).

Mix in tuna with olives, sundried tomato, capers, 1 tbsp lemon juice and 2 tbsp olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover at least 30 minutes in refrigerator, so that flavors can withdraw.

In a bowl mix mayonnaise with mustard, 2 tbsp lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Place slices of fricandeau on large serving dish. Marinate marinated tuna over it and spoon lemon mayonnaise on it. Give the rest of mayonnaise separately. Scale with parsley.
