Spring-layer salad
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: snow peas, lollo rosso (lettuce), little gem (lettuce), rucola lettuce (75 g), snack cucumber (or 1/2 cucumber in slices), alfalfa (a 75 g), radishes (in slices ), garlic dressing (a 300 ml) and bruschetta tradizionale (a 175 g).

Clean the pods and boil them in a pan with plenty of boiling water and salt in 3-4 minutes.

Rinse in colander under cold running water and allow to drain.

Wash leaves of lollo rosso and little gem and dry them or drip them in a salad spinner.

Lollo rosso leaves tear into pieces.

In the salad bowl, make layers of the different types of lettuce and vegetables, sprinkle each layer with some dressing.

Bruschetta to distribute.

Delicious with roasted meat, chicken or fish..
