Spring salad with egg and parsley
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: eggs, turnip greens (about 200 g), almond shavings, fresh parsley, fresh (garlic) chives, balsamic olive oil dressing, salt and (four seasons) pepper.

Boil eggs for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut carrots from turnip tops.

Rinse the turnip tops and allow them to drain well in the colander.

Roasted almonds in a dry frying pan until golden brown.

Parsley and chives finely cut.

Scare eggs under cold water, peel and finely chop.

Carefully cut turnip tops.

Create it: dressing, chives and parsley.

Season with salt and pepper.

Spread salad over four plates.

Sprinkle egg and almonds over it.
