Spruce of melon ice and champagne
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian drink with alcohol contains the following ingredients: melon cubes (net 411 g), chilled freshly squeezed orange juice, ginger syrup and champagne.

Drain melon cubes in the sieve. Mix melon cubes in a kitchen machine. Mix in orange juice and ginger syrup. Transfer into deep freezer and freeze in freezer in approx. 4-5 hours. After 3 hours of ice cream in a food processor, mix until ice is very fine in structure. Put back in the freezer and put ice back in freezer for 1-2 hours.

Roll into ice cream scoop with six small ice cubes in small ice cubes. Fill with champagne.
