A tasty recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: winter carrot, taco herbs, sweet potato, cajun herbs and (sunflower) oil.

The carrot ... Peel the carrot with a peeler, cut the top and bottom off. Then scrape it over a bowl with a cheese slicer or peeler into thin slices. Sprinkle the taco herbs over the carrot slices.

Then the potato ... Also peel. Wash and, in another bowl, plan into thin slices. Dab the slices dry with kitchen paper. Sprinkle them with cajun spices.

Frying ... Ask for the help of someone who serves the fryer. Heat the oil to 170 ºC or until white vapor comes off. Put some sheets of kitchen paper in a colander. Put the slices of potato in a frying basket and bake until golden brown in about 1 1/2 minutes. Let them drain on kitchen paper.

Bake the slices of carrot in 2 portions in 2 minutes light brown. That's other chips! (Delicious with your favorite dipping sauce.).
