Fried Shrimp With Lime Dressing
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, king prawns ((frozen), thawed), olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), lime (scrubbed), honey and coriander (coarsely cut).

Peel the shrimp but leave the tail.

Put them in a container and add 2 tbsp olive oil and the garlic.

Let marinate for at least 1 hour.

Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit.

Put the grater and juice in a bowl and beat with the honey, the rest of the olive oil and salt and pepper into a dressing.

Thread each shrimp lengthwise with 1 skewer.

Heat a grill pan and grill the shrimp in 2-3 min.

Until done.

Turn halfway.

Place the shrimps on a flat dish and pour the dressing over them.

Garnish with the coriander..
