Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Let the puff pastry thaw side-by-side.
  3. Create rectangles by sticking 3 x 2 slices of puff pastry together. Cut 4 long strips of each rectangle.
  4. Turn the strips into spirals and place them on a griddle covered with parchment paper.
  5. Mix the oil with the dried thyme and thinly coat the stems. Sprinkle with the cheese.
  6. Fry the cheese stalks in approx. 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
