Chopsticks mushrooms with garlic


A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: olive oil, garlic (pressed), chestnut mushrooms ((a 250 g), in quarters), dry white wine (bottle 0.25 liters), flat parsley (finely chopped), baguette (champain), Grana Padano (cheese and piece).

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 30 seconds. Add the mushrooms and cook over a high heat for about 4 minutes. Add the wine and keep baking until it has evaporated; this takes about 6 minutes. Add the parsley and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Meanwhile cut 12 slanted slices of baguette. Roast them in the toaster until golden brown. Divide the mushrooms over the bread and scrape the cheese over it.
