Marinated olives with onion
A tasty Spanish recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: green olives (a 240 g), lemon, garlic, thyme, olive oil, onion and butter or margarine.

Drain the olives.

Clean the lemon and cut it into small segments.

Garlic peel and chop.

In a bowl, mix together olives, garlic, thyme, oil and lemon wedges.

Peel onion, cut into rings and bring to the boil with butter and 2 tablespoons of water.

Gently simmer until moisture has evaporated.

Mix the olives and onions together and keep them in a clean, sealable container until use..
