Zucchini Rolls With Tuna
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, courgettes, olive oil, tuna on water ((185 g), drained), mayonnaise, fresh dill (a 15 g), capers ((jar), finely chopped) and freshly ground black pepper.

Preheat the cooking pan.

Cut each courgette into 6 thin slices lengthwise using a large sharp knife.

Stick the slices on both sides with oil.

In a frying pan, stick the zucchini in 3-4 min.

Brown and cooked, half-turn.

Let cool.

Mix tuna with mayonnaise in a food processor or with a hand blender.

Keep a few twigs of dill separate for garnish, cut the rest of the dill finely and use capers to create tuna mixture.

Season with salt and pepper.

Slice the zucchini patties dry and cover thinly with the tuna mixture.

Slowly roll up slices and secure with cocktail sticks.

Roll up rolls upright and garnish with dill kept apart..
