Ham rolls with vegetables
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, zucchini, fresh vinaigrette (a 100 g), roasted peppers (pot), roasted ham (thin slices), basil leaves, olives, spicy ham, spicy cheese (eg grana padano) and dried tomatoes on oil (halved).

Cut zucchini into long, thin strips.

Place strips in deep plate, pour over dressing and marinate for 5 minutes.

Peppers drain and divide into 8 bars.

Place slices of ham on cutting board and fold in length.

Place pepper and leaves of basil on the narrow side of each slice of ham.

Roll up the ham and stick with cocktail stick together with olive.

Place slices of raw ham on cutting board.

Place a few strips of zucchini and a piece of cheese on the narrow side of each slice.
