Barbecue chicken wings with a dip of crème fraîche
Chicken wings with a sauce of tabasco and crème fraîche.

Light the barbecue. Mix the barbecue sauce, honey and the tabasco into a marinade.

Sprinkle the chicken wings with salt and pepper and brush them around with the marinade. Put them in the baking dish.

Put the baking dish on the barbecue and grill the chicken wings in approx. 50 min. Until done. Times regularly.

Meanwhile, mix the crème fraîche and tabasco into a dip.

Take the chicken wings from the barbecue and place them on a plate. Serve with the dip.
