Radish skewer with sesame salt
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: sesame seeds (a 100 g), sea salt (coarse), olive oil and radish (cleaned).

Roast the sesame seeds in a pan with non-stick coating over medium heat until golden brown.

Spoon it on a plate and let it cool down.

Finely grind the sesame seed with the sea salt in the mortar.

Optionally, you can also put it in a bag and tap it with a heavy object (ladle, saucepan) to grind the mixture.

Add the oil to the sesame salt.

Thread the radishes on a skewer and dip them in the oil with sesame salt..
