Stew with redfish


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, onions, butter or margarine, Dutch stir-fry vegetables (400 g), dry white wine, crème fraîche (200 ml), dried Provençal herbs, redfish fillet (a ca. 200 g) and brown baguette.

Directions

  1. Peel and chop onions.
  2. Fry butter in a frying pan and bake the onion with stir-fry mix for about 3 minutes.
  3. Add wine, crème fraîche and herbs and boil for about 5 minutes.
  4. Cut the fish into pieces, add it to a stew and let it cook gently in about 3 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cut the loaf of bread into slices.
  7. Stew served in deep plates with baguette..
