Stew with redfish
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, onions, butter or margarine, Dutch stir-fry vegetables (400 g), dry white wine, crème fraîche (200 ml), dried Provençal herbs, redfish fillet (a ca. 200 g) and brown baguette.

Peel and chop onions.

Fry butter in a frying pan and bake the onion with stir-fry mix for about 3 minutes.

Add wine, crème fraîche and herbs and boil for about 5 minutes.

Cut the fish into pieces, add it to a stew and let it cook gently in about 3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the loaf of bread into slices.

Stew served in deep plates with baguette..
