Stewed pear sorbet
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: stew pears (a 400 g, refrigerator compartment), lime juice, red port, cinnamon stick, dark caster sugar and fresh figs.

Let the pears drain, collect the moisture. Drizzle pears with lime juice and put them in freezer in freezer. Let the pear freeze in at least 3 hours.
