Mix the honey, ketchup, chili powder, vinegar and oil together and toss the bacon through. Let this marinate for half an hour.

Prick the unpeeled potatoes around a few times and place them on a plate.

Puff them in the microwave in 15 to 20 minutes to 600 Watt (cooking time depending on the size of the potatoes).

Cover the potatoes with a kitchen towel while you heat the corn with the butter.

Stir fry the bacon cubes to medium height until they are nicely brown and sticky.

Add a few tablespoons of water and stir the gravy from the bottom.

Cut a cap off the potatoes and scoop the butter mare. Serve this with the bacon with a spoonful of gravy next to it.
