Lime ribs with cajun fries
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, oven chips (bag 1 kg), cajun spices (tin 90 g), onions (in parts), vine tomatoes ((5 pieces), halved), spareribs ((830 g, frozen), thawed) , limes (halved) and honey.

Preheat the oven to 225 ° C. Spoon the fries on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Sprinkle with the cajun spices and place the onion in between. Bake for about 10 minutes in the middle of the oven. Place the tomatoes with the cutting edge upwards together with the spare ribs on the fries and onions. Fry for about 10 minutes until the chips and spareribs are brown and cooked.

Squeeze the limes over a saucepan and add the honey. Bring to the boil and reduce to low heat for 1 min. Divide the French fries, onion and tomato into 4 plates. Place the spare ribs. Serve with the lime gravy.
