Stir-fried celery with soy sauce and sesame

Roast the sesame seeds in a dry, hot frying pan. Heat the oil in a stir-fry stir-fry in the celery and chilli pepper for about 3 minutes.

Add the soy sauce and stir for 1 minute. Sprinkle with the sesame seed and possibly the sesame oil. Sprinkle with the coriander.
