Stir-fried prawns with mango and pepper dressing

Mix the shrimp with half of the garlic, lemon zest, half of the lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Mix the ingredients for the dressing with the rest of the garlic and the lemon juice and keep separate.

Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and stir-fry in the shrimp for about 2 minutes.

Form a bowl by placing 3 lettuce leaves on top of each other.

Divide the mango, peppers and shrimps.

Spoon the dressing and garnish with leaves of coriander.
