A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: eggs, fresh mint (15 g), mayonnaise, lemon juice, cabbage lettuce and garlic croutons (bag of 40 g).

Directions

  1. Boil the eggs in a small pan in 7 min.
  2. Let them scare under cold running water, peel them and let cool for a while.
  3. Cut the eggs into thin slices.
  4. Cut half of the mint leaves very finely.
  5. Make in a mortar or with the hand blender a dressing of the chopped mint, the mayonnaise, the lemon juice and 1 tbsp water.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Remove the salad leaves and wash them.
  8. Put the leaves of lettuce and the rest of the leaves fresh mint in a bowl.
  9. Put the slices of egg on top and sprinkle with the croutons.
  10. Serve with the mint mayonnaise..
