Cabbage lettuce with mint mayonnaise and egg
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: eggs, fresh mint (15 g), mayonnaise, lemon juice, cabbage lettuce and garlic croutons (bag of 40 g).

Boil the eggs in a small pan in 7 min.

Let them scare under cold running water, peel them and let cool for a while.

Cut the eggs into thin slices.

Cut half of the mint leaves very finely.

Make in a mortar or with the hand blender a dressing of the chopped mint, the mayonnaise, the lemon juice and 1 tbsp water.

Season with salt and pepper.

Remove the salad leaves and wash them.

Put the leaves of lettuce and the rest of the leaves fresh mint in a bowl.

Put the slices of egg on top and sprinkle with the croutons.

Serve with the mint mayonnaise..
