Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the potato slices according to the instructions on the packaging.

Roast the pine nuts in a frying pan without oil or butter for 3 minutes.

Clean the lemon, grate the yellow skin off and squeeze out the fruit.

Heat the oil in a wok and add the spinach in portions and let it sink.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the burgers according to the instructions on the package.

Squeeze the garlic over the spinach. Add the lemon juice and grater and season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the spinach with the pine nuts. Cut the tomatoes very finely. Divide the burgers over plates and spoon each on the chopped tomatoes.

Serve the spinach and the potato slices next to it. Sprinkle the potato slices with salt.
