Palace rice
A nice Turkish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, onion, currants, chicken breast, salt, (freshly ground) pepper, butter or margarine, pine nuts (65 g), chicken stock, long grain rice, saffron and allspice.

Peel and chop onions.

Wash and drain the currants.

Cut chicken fillet into small cubes and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Heat butter in a frying pan and fry chicken with pine nuts for about 1 minute.

Create onion and bake for about 2 minutes on low heat.

Bouillon tablet lotion in 6 dl of boiling water.

Rice by creating chicken mixture and pouring stock.

Add currants, saffron and pimento.

Pilav covered in about 20 minutes cooked.

Take the pan of fire and let the pilav stand for approx.

10 minutes uncovered.

As a side dish serving with an extensive meal with kebab or grilled lamb chops, or as a main course with tomato or beet salad..
