Stir fry with beef strips and asparagus tips

Cut the garlic into slices and the onion into thin parts.

Halve the peppers and remove the seed lists.

Cut the halves into long, thin strips and halve the strips.

Cut the woody tips of the asparagus tips and halve the asparagus.

Heat the olive oil in a stirring fruit the garlic glassy.
