Strawberry-Yoghurt ice cream


A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: strawberries ((500 g), crowns removed), lemon (squeezed), sugar, whipped cream (250 ml), Greek yoghurt and galette waffles (pack of 250 g).

Directions

  1. Puree the strawberries in the food processor. For the sauce, put half of the strawberry puree, the lemon juice, 3 t of sugar and 4 tbsp water in a pan and bring to the boil. Leave to simmer for about 4 minutes on low heat. Allow to cool.
  2. Beat the whipped cream with the rest of the sugar until stiff. Fold the yogurt and the rest of the pureed strawberries lightly. Put the mixture in the freezer box and let it harden in the deep freezer for approx. 3 hours.
  3. Put a waffle on each plate, spread the ice over it and cover with the rest of the waffles. Pour the sauce over it. Cut the rest of the strawberries into pieces and place them on the sauce.
