Strawberry monochrome cake
Something to celebrate? Go for this fresh monochrome cake with strawberries and white chocolate as a finishing touch. You do not need the oven.

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Grind the cookies in the food processor. Mix in the melted butter.

Line the bottom of the spring form with baking paper. Divide the cake mixture over it and press with the convex side of a spoon.

Mix the cream cheese and lecurd in the clean bowl of the food processor. Divide it over the cookie base. Put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to stiffen.

In the meantime, remove the crowns of the strawberries and cut the fruit into quarters.

Divide the cake and remove the spring form. Grate the chocolate over it. Yummy! .
