Stuffed chicory leaves
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: pecans, carrot (grated), sundried tomato tapenade and chicory.
Roast the pecans briefly in a dry frying pan and let them cool.

Spoon the carrot in a bowl with the tomato tapenade.
Get the most beautiful 18 leaves of the chicory stalks.
Put a scoop of carrot mixture and half a pecan on each leaf of chicory..
