Cut the stems of the portobello's and finely chop them. Place the portobello's upside down in an oven dish.

In the meantime, heat the oil and gently fry the onion for about 5 minutes.

Add bacon cubes, chopped portobello stems, garlic, thyme leaves and sage and fry for a few minutes at low setting. Put this mixture in a bowl and allow to cool.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Mix the cheese through the mushroom mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Divide this over the portobello and pour a little water into the baking dish.
