'stuffed' potatoes with herring
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, ready-to-cook potatoes, olive oil, lemon juice, liquid (honey), shallot, fresh dill and herring.

Dry the lumps under cold running water and cook in a pan with a little water in approx. 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in a bowl of oil, lemon juice and honey beat together. Sauté the scallop, chop very finely and stir in the marinade. From dill, store 2 sprigs for garnish, finely chop the rest of dill over the marinade. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Drain the potatoes, put them in a bowl, add the marinade. Let cool.

Remove herring fillets from tails and cut each into 6 pieces. Cut half of the potatoes. To each prikkertje successively lower half of the baby, piece of herring with twig of dill and top half of a piece of baby.
