Summer fruit with lemon-sesame-cheese dip


Mango, watermelon, kiwi and strawberries with dip of sesame, lemon, curd and honey garnished with mint.

Directions

  1. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the sesame seed for 3 min. On medium heat.
  2. Spoon the sesame seeds on a plate and let cool.
  3. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon. Mix with the sesame seeds, the cottage cheese and honey to dip.
  4. Peel the mango, cut the flesh of the kernel and cut into long strips.
  5. Cut the watermelon lengthwise into 3 parts, cut off the skin. Cut the parts diagonally into dots.
  6. Peel the kiwis, halve in length and cut into parts.
  7. Remove the crowns from the strawberries.
  8. Slice the leaves of fresh mint. Divide the fruit over a bowl and garnish with the mint. Serve with the dip.
