Bring water, sugar and 4 sprigs of rosemary to the boil. Boil this in and let cool to a syrup.

Remove the rosemary and add wine and lemon juice. Chop the needles of 1 sprig of rosemary and stir this through the moisture.

Pour the mixture into a freezer box, put it in the freezer for at least 4 hours and stir after 1 hour to prevent coarse ice crystals.

Spoon the kiwi into bowls or slices. Cover with bread rolls of the sorbet and garnish with the rest of the rosemary.
