Tartar with bluefin cheese and chicory
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fine potatoes (450 g), chicory, orange, butter, dark brown caster sugar, tartar, blue cheese (eg Castello Blue) and chives (finely chopped).

Potatoes according to instructions in microwave or pan cook.

Cut chicory in length into 6 pieces, remove hard core.
