Tarte flambée with salmon
Preheat the oven to 220ºC.
Place the tortilla wraps on the baking trays and spread the crème fraîche over it with the convex side of a spoon. Sprinkle with the onion rings and cheese.
Divide the salmon over it and fry the tortillas for 5-10 minutes high in the oven until they are crispy and golden brown. If necessary, change the baking plates after 2 minutes: the higher in the oven, the faster the tortillas turn brown.
Meanwhile, toss the to with the basil, mozzarella and dressing. Serve the tarte flambée with the salad.
