Stew with roasted garlic and chorizo
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, garlic, pommes culinary, chorizo sausage (250 g), broccoli (in very small florets), arugula (lettuce and bag 75 g).

Heat the oil with the unpeeled garlic cloves in a small pan with lid for 25 minutes against the boil.

Boil the potatoes in 25 minutes.

Cut the chorizo sausage into slices and grill the slices for 1 minute per side.

Cook the broccoli in 4-5 minutes until done.

Remove the garlic cloves from the pan and let them cool down a bit.

Squeeze the baked garlic from the peel.

Keep 200 ml of the cooking water from the potatoes separate before pouring them.

Mash the potatoes with the garlic oil and the garlic puree and as much cooking water until you have a smooth puree, season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Put three quarters of the broccoli and the rocket through it.

Sprinkle the rest of the broccoli over it and serve with the grilled chorizo..
