Tagliatelle with pear and blueberry cheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: tagliatelle al'uovo (250 g), onion, hand pears, walnuts (55 g), olive oil, blue cheese (castello blue, a 150 g), romatomaten (bak a 750 g) and vinaigrette (dressing ).

Cook tagliatelle according to instructions.

Peel and chop onions.

Peel the pears, halve them, remove the cores and cut into slices.

Walnuts coarsely chop.

Fry in oiled onion.

Crumble cheese, sprinkle on onion and melt slowly.

Peel the pears through the melted cheese and heat for 2 minutes.

Clean tomatoes and cut into slices.

Dressing over tomato sprinkling.

Drain tagliatelle and stir in cheese sauce.

Spread Tagliatelle over four plates and sprinkle with nuts.
