Spring salad with prawns


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes (pommes scoop (bag a 1 1/2 kg)), green asparagus, peas (extra fine (frozen, 450 g)), onion, cocktail shrimp (125 g), olive oil (gran fruttato (bottle a 500 ml)) and white wine vinegar.

Directions

  1. Wash and cut potatoes.
  2. Potatoes in low water with salt to taste in 15-20 min.
  3. Cast off.
  4. Meanwhile, clean asparagus and cut into slanted pieces.
  5. In boiling water with salt to taste, boil for about 5 minutes.
  6. Add the last 3 min.
  7. Peas.
  8. Drain and rinse cold.
  9. Peel onion and cut into half rings.
  10. Mix lukewarm potatoes with asparagus, peas, onion, shrimp, oil, vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Spread salad over 4 plates..
