Heat some neutral oil in a stirring stir fry the pieces of Quorn with curry powder in 3-4 minutes around brown. Put them on a plate.

Cut the onion into thin slices and the carrot into slices. Cut the broccoli into florets and cut the stalk into pieces. Scoop onion, broccoli and carrot through the shortening and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Pour 25 ml of water per person and add some salt. Smother the vegetables in 5 minutes al dente, let the moisture evaporate.

Scoop the Quorn through the vegetables and warm for a while. Delicious with unpolished rice.
