Pepper rice with chicken skewers
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, white rice, cucumber, Greek yogurt (natural), chicken breast (diced), olive oil, red onion (finely chopped), paprika mix ((3 green and red and yellow) and in cubes).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Grate the cucumber and pat the cucumber grater dry with kitchen paper.

Spoon the yogurt with salt and pepper to taste through the cucumber.

Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper to taste and baste the meat on the skewers or barbecue pans.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the skewers over medium heat for 8-10 minutes.

Heat a stirring and add the rest of the oil.

Fry the onion.
-
Add the pepper and cook for 4 minutes.

Scoop the rice through and bake for another 2 minutes.

Divide the pepper rice over 4 (deep) plates and add the chicken skewers.

Serve with the cucumber yogurt..
