Brush the cake shells on the inside with a little jam.

Mix the ricotta with the honey. Stir the lemon zest together with some lemon juice to taste through the ricotta.

Divide the ricotta over the shells and leave to set in the refrigerator.

Scoop the remaining jam through the berries and spread over the ricotta.
