Let the ice a little softer so that it is easy to create.

Meanwhile, cover the cake mold with a large piece of cling film and let the foil hang over the mold on both sides.

Divide 5 long fingers over the bottom of the mold and sprinkle with half of the liqueur.

Divide half of the ice and sprinkle with a generous layer of grated chocolate and pistachios.

Repeat these 3 steps until all the ice cream, chocolate and nuts are gone.

Cover with the foil and put in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

Spoon the strawberries with the sugar and herbs and leave covered for about 30 minutes.

Spoon a few times.

Pour the ice-cream cake on a shelf and cut a thick slice of it per person. Place on plates and add some strawberries.
