Toast with fried mushrooms, goat cheese and walnuts

Preheat the oven grill.

Cut the baguette into 8-12 long, sloping slices of 1.5 cm thick.

Roast the bread under the hot grill until golden brown.

Spread the slices thickly with the goat cheese and spread over 4 plates.

Roast the walnuts in a dry, hot frying pan.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the sage to garnish crispy.

Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper.

Heat the rest of the oil in the same pan and fry the garlic for 1 minute at medium height.

Add the mushrooms and chopped sage and fry for 3-4 minutes at a high setting.

Divide about half of the slices of bread.
-
Sprinkle with the walnuts and garnish with the fried sage leaves.

Fill with the other slices of bread.
