Keep some leaves oregano apart to garnish and chop the rest.

Mix together the shallot, chopped oregano, olive oil and vinegar and toss the to. Season to taste with salt and pepper and leave for about 30 minutes at room temperature. Spoon a few more times.

Heat the grill pan and grease it generously with oil. Grill the slices of baguette around brown and place them on plates.

Grill the feta briefly alternately and lay with the bread.

Spoon the tomato salad around it and sprinkle with some oregano leaves.
