Directions

  1. Heat the oil, fry the shallot for a few minutes and add the thyme, celery, garlic and saffron.
  2. Fruit everything for a few minutes, then pour the stock and let it cook.
  3. Rinse the shrimps and distribute them over 4 soup plates. Pour over the boiling stock and sprinkle with some celery.
