Salad with radish and anchovy dressing
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, anchovy fillets ((tin 46 g), very finely chopped), extra virgin olive oil, lemon (squeezed), shallots (in slices of 1/2 cm), radish and curl (100 g).

Mix the anchovies with 4 tbsp oil and the lemon juice in a bowl into a dressing.

Add a lot of pepper.

Spoon the shallots in a container with 2 tbsp oil.

Heat the grill pan and grill the shallots for about 3 minutes so that they have a grill flavor but are not fully cooked.

Turn them halfway.

Wash the radishes, dry them and cut into quarters.

Mix them with the curly lettuce and scoop the dressing through them.

Divide the grilled shallot over the salad..
